    • -Customer suspects fuel pump and TPS -Vehicle runs ok, gauge stays on E. DIAG: Confirmed fuel gauge inop, performed gauge sweep test and found fuel gauge is responsive to scan tool commands. Inspected wiring harness and found broken wire near ABS module, harness also found with large amounts of water intrusion. Repaired wire, but found suspect wire was part of the ABS/Trac system. No other broken wires found in suspect area.
    • FUEL GAUGE TANK UNIT – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models – [Includes: Drain and fill Tank. Transfer Gauge and Filler Neck (as necessary).]
    • Performed physical "wiggle test" on all accessible harnesses and connections, no changes observed. Tapped on fuel tank and fuel gauge began to read actual fuel level, fault is suspected internally to the fuel sending unit/fuel pump assembly. REC fuel tank removal for physical testing of unit. Will likely need replacement.
    • THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models – [Includes: Perform Relearn procedure.]
